Recruitment – GDPR clause

The administrator of the personal data is Mechanistry Sp. z o.o. (‘Mechanistry’; address: Rondo Daszynskiego 2B, 00-843 Warszawa, Poland). Questions concerning the processing of the personal data can be sent by e-mail address (hello@mechanistry.com) or by mail.

The personal data within the scope of the labour law are processed for the purpose of the present recruitment procedure, while other personal data, including contact data are processed on the basis of the consent, which can be revoked at any time. Sending application form with the personal data in wider scope than it is required by Article 22 (1) of the Labour Code, constitutes your consent to process them by Mechanistry for the purpose of the recruitment procedure.

Additionally, Mechanistry may process your personal data in the future recruitment procedure, if you consent to do so (the consent can be revoked at any time).

The personal data can be transferred to entities with whose help Mechanistry recruits.

Given data for the present recruitment procedure are kept until the procedure is finished. If you have given consent to process your personal data for the purpose of the future recruitment procedure, the personal data are kept until the withdrawal of consent.

You have the right to request access to your personal data and obtain a copy of them, as well as you have the right to rectification, restriction of processing, erasure of the personal data and file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: Personal Data Protection Office, Stawki 2 street, 00-193 Warsaw). Giving data within the scope of Article 22 (1) of the Labour Code is voluntary and necessary to participate in recruitment procedure.
